Double-blinded Peer Review

SCMW uses double-blinded peer review system. It means that not authors know who will review their articles, nor reviewers do know who the author(s) of in reviewing articles is. When authors submit their articles, they will be asked to provide a separate title page which contains the full title of the manuscript and the names and complete contact details of all authors. This page will not be available for the reviewers. All other files and documents should be anonymized.
